Penn Relays Saturday 2013

Jamaica high school jumpers were the highlight of field event action on the final day of the 2013 staging of the Penn Relays. Jamaica took the top five positions in the high school boys long jump with Sadiki Eddie of Calabar taking that event with a jump of 7.28 ahead of Nicolaus Phynn of JC (7.28m), Jullanie Walker of Calabar (7.14m), Adrian Riley also of Calabar (7.11m) and Gavin Gibson of (JC 7.10).

Kingston College's Clive Pullen produced 15.22m which was too good for the rest of the field winning ahead of Clayton Brown of JC with 14.92m. O'Brien Waysome of JC (14.85m) and Christian Rodgers of Manchester (14.45m) were fourth and fifth respectively.  Christoff Bryan of Wolmer's boys outclassed the field in high jump clearing 2.15m the high school section of that event. Ashina Wright of JC (2.06m) and Matthew Campbell of Ardenne (2.03m) were third and fourth respectively.
